Annycent Managers SàRL (“Annycent Managers”) aligns its communications with the requirements of the European Union’s Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”) (EU 2019/2088) for sustainability‐related disclosures in the financial services sector.

Sustainability risks are defined as an environmental, social or governance (ESG) event or condition that, if it occurs, could cause an actual or a potential material negative impact on the value of an investment. Annycent integrates the assessment and management of sustainability (ESG) risks and opportunities into its investment processes, from screening and due diligence, through ownership and responsible exit.  Annycent works constructively in partnership with investees to build trust and capacity and enhance ESG performance, including data collection, reporting and disclosure.

Annycent applies the globally recognized IFC Performance Standards, World Bank Group Environmental Health and Safety Guidelines and supporting guidance to identify, categorize, assess, monitor, report and disclose on ESG and Impact risks and opportunities transparently and in alignment with applicable requirements of the EU SFDR and Taxonomy regimes.

Annycent’s commitment to sustainability and best practice impact management standards is further detailed in the group-level company Risk Policy and Responsible Investment Policy, and product-level Environmental Social Management Systems (“ESMS”).
