The EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) establishes rules relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of personal data.
When visiting this website or otherwise contacting Annycent, individuals, particularly those involved with prospective investors, acknowledge and agree that certain of their personal data (including, but not limited to, their name and address) may be collected, recorded, stored, adapted, transferred or otherwise processed and used by Annycent, particularly in its role as data controller. In particular, individual data may be processed and shared by Annycent with third parties as may be required or permitted by law (including but not limited to public administrations and local or foreign public and judicial authorities, including any competent regulator), for legitimate business purposes or on the basis of a prior authorization of concerned individuals. Individual data may be transferred to any of these recipients in any jurisdiction, for the purposes set out below and transfers of this personal data may, without limitation, be made to or from countries outside of the EEA. The jurisdictions to which the individual data may be transferred may not offer the same level of protection as the one afforded in the jurisdiction from which the Investor data is transferred.
Annycent will maintain all individual data collected in confidence in accordance with applicable laws and rules, such as GDPR. Annycent undertakes to retain such data only for the time required to process the relevant organization or operational purpose for which it has been collected.
Each individual whose personal data has been processed has a right of access to its personal data free of charge at reasonable time intervals and may ask for a rectification thereof in case where such data is inaccurate or incomplete. These rights may be executed by the relevant individual by sending a letter/e-mail to the registered office of Annycent Managers.
